Born in Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, to Nalla Satyanarayana and Satyasri, Raj Praveen Nalla is a pioneer in the aquaculture industry. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience, he specializes in trading fish and prawns while supplying feed and feed supplements across multiple states.
His extensive experience has helped him develop excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, which he uses to navigate the constantly changing aquaculture business environment. He focuses on working directly with aqua farmers at the grass-roots level to understand their problems and create strategic solutions.

Returned to India to become the Zonal Marketing Head for Henkel Aqua. Leveraged proven expertise in aquaculture to drive marketing initiatives and business growth.
Moved to Singapore to work as Quality Control Manager for STPM. Gained international experience in pharmaceutical quality control and regulatory compliance.
Joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratory as a full-time manager in the Quality Control department, gaining valuable experience in pharmaceutical quality management.
